My friend is dying of cancer. He’s a Christian so I know I’ll see him again, but I feel sad for his wife, his kids, and his friends like me who will miss him. Last night I dreamt that he and I were at a church meeting. I wanted to tell him how much he means to me and how much he’s done in my life. Before I could, two dogs padded up to me. One waa gray and got a head pat and moved on. The other one was white, similar to the top example. It kept demanding my attention, licking my hands and face and getting belly rubs.
